Disagree, I've never been a fan of McGuigan as a co-commentator. Sure he hasn't done it for a while regularly so is more experienced than when I last heard him - but I feel he has always been good at the "between round special comments" and then doing the analysis.Deno1986 wrote:When I was watching it last night I was thinking Jim Watt would be better in the studio come fight night and put Barry McGuigan in the co-commentator role. I disagree about Watt, I just think he is great - I would like to see him dart around between studio and commentory, like he used to do on ITV..... Jim Rosenthal doing something similar - it works for HBO.
