Do you know much about Charles Poliquin, Barry? I saw an article with McGuigan lately and he was mentioning this fella. McGuigan looks in great shape these days, must be working out a lot.

Oddly I read one of Charles articles yesterday about the top 10 tips for sleep.

Poliquin is top guy in nowadays fitness industry. Highly recommended.
