Brook did a better job than Alvarez, Cotto, Witter & Malignaggi IMO. Where would you put his performance in comparison with theirs?

Brook looked very good, but wasn't ever likely to be smart enough to stop him. Ndou was far to intelligent at holding during the rough patches, and also throwing wild shots when the referee could look at stepping in.

I would say he proved he's ready to enter the fringes of world level, no more than that right now.

LOL @ comparing his win with the others...as if they were recent (well Alvarez's was but his style is never going to look as flashy as Brook's)

But no-one has stopped N'Dou before and he got near as dammit when others haven't looked close to getting him out of there. I think this performance showed that Kell is definitely in the mix at world level and if I was allegedly I'd be a little worried about letting a talent like that go.

The other thing that impressed me was the atmopshere and how much Kell clearly is gona be a star in Sheffield. A definite coming out fight for Kel Brook, there were no real negatives to take from this fight other than the odd defensive lapse.

Kell's defence is his reflexes, and that will be his downfall.

I thought that was more due to good venue choice, small and compact to really create a cauldron style atmosphere.

Brook reminds me of Jonny Nelson - must be a sheffield thing! He does what it takes to win and then for the last 2-3 rounds turns it on, boring though. He should try harder earlier, gave it the big one about doing it for his Sheffield fans and let's face it, didn't really put on a show.

I think it won't be long before they can get 5,000+ watching Kell Brook.

kell would win a European title but as for being world class he definitely isn't.

That was a real let down as he couldn't of picked a better time to fight Lovemore in his career.

As for G Mccrory saying that's the best job anyone has done on N'dou !!!!!!!

Is he crazy or does he just not do his homework ?

He needs to look no further than Kells stablemate Witter.

Witter boxed N'dou in his prime (2005)and at his correct weight and did a great job on him dumping him on his arse quite heavily about 2/3 times.

N'dou went to he'll and back in that fight and did unbelievably well to survive......

Star quality is star quality and he's got it. The 'X Factor' if you will, just a watchable fighter. If he was a Manc fighter he'd already be halfway there.

He did a job on a guy well beaten by all those guys who's 39 and got a lot of miles on the clock. What he needs now is to get in with someone like Hatton and stop him in style then take on a good American and get some momentum going, because that's what his career has lacked.... momentum and consistent progression. It's been stop and start but no excuses now, he's got to get back in their asap against a better opponent each time out. Simples!

Brook looked awesome imo. I was getting fed up of him having so much talent and doing nothing with it before, i was so pleased to see that after a 6 month lay of he could do that to someone who has not only mixed it but succeded at a real world class level.

I was really impressed , especially some of those punches he put together.

It's for us to sit here and go 'is he this', 'is he that'. But he needs to get his skates on how. He's just headlined a show, put in what sounded like a good performance but needs challenges to bring the best out of him after this. He's shown he can beat up on a teak-tough veteran for 12 rounds. Now let's see him in with someone who'll stand and fight back and not let him have it all his own way........ like Matthew Hatton perhaps?

We all knew these comments were going to be put on N'Dou is passed it over the hill 39 not far off his bus pass etc etc

Compared to the other fights that Kell had under FW Inc the Jennings one were nowhere near on the level of N'Dou. Saul Alvarez could NOT stop him only 6 months ago! Kell showed pretty much throughout besides maybe one round he was a class above him.

Kell is ready for an American (Mike Jones) or maybe European (Matthew Hatton) or as they said on Sky Pauly Mallinaggi etc

Kell is up there in top 3 Welterweights in Europe and top 10 in the World!

Dan I think what I put above pretty much summed it up.

Jon just dislikes the Ingle style so will always have a negative opinion.
