if macklin had won, or if he wins a rematch in germany and the old adage is true a fighter becomes much better when he wins a title, than the sky could be the limit for matthew. an irish fighter with a crowd pleasing style in the middleweights will sell in america.
the first fight was live in times square new york. and i can imagine it went down a storm just like the fight did in germany.
i beleive macklin should not be written off. he may become a real star.
