There's No way i can see the fight going the Distance BUT If it does is there any Chance what so ever that Haye would get a Decistion???
Even with Knock downs (i do think if Haye gets one Knock down he wont let him let him go and will finish it)

He has had the decision before over there so yes it is possible - although cant see him outworking Klit who will likely aim to control tempo, centre of ring and use his big jab to score and hope he's still standing still for the right hand.

Movement and speed are the key things for Haye to win the fight

Very unlikely Haye will out box Wlad for 12 rounds. Haye has low output and slows down in the later rounds. Wlad is more accompanied to 12 rounds than Haye, but Haye will bag some early rounds but I see him fading late on.

If it does go to the cards, you can bet you're house on Wlad (taking into account it's based in Germany).

So yeah I give Haye pretty much next to zero in that department.

If it goes the distance Wlad will win, but it won't because Haye will stop him early

I want Haye to win but I can't see it mate. I'd admire the optimism surrounding Haye, he'll defiantly give Wlad more than he bargained for, so I'm hoping for a good fight. :TU:

Haye throws wide looping punhes these days, and he has beaten no ne of note at heavy.

Audley - Barrett - Ruiz were down a total of 9 times? HAYE surprises and hit hard, but not that hard!

It might only take one big Wlad or temple shot and HAYE is done.

Haye has more chance of winning the lottery than outboxing Wladimir Klitschko for 12 rounds. There are about 5 or 6 HWs in history i'd fancy to do that.

I can't wait for all the Haye fans to find out just how much of a fraud their boy is come Sat night.

The Germans are getting a bad rep recently and to be honest I think it's pretty unfair. They also do broadcast their fights worldwide so must know they will be under scruttiny, plus a fight of THIS magnitude? If Haye wins, then he wins....

We have still got the is problem between: "close fight which could go either way..... where perhaps the hometown surroundings get the home fighter a nod" and a "robbery".

And personally I think Haye would be more worried about outpointing Wlad than getting a decision: "Haye by KO or Wlad by Decision" has been long people's choice of pre-fight prediction.

:o :o I find this outcome highly implausible given what we know of both fighters and where the fight is taking place.
Haye early or it's a Vlad mid- to late-round stoppage for me.

I understand why people are saying this ends by KO. I think Haye will find that he can't get to Wlad in the way he wants to. Adam Booth will have worked on a strategy (even if it's not plan A - which is probably to try to get him out of there early) that allows Haye to win in the event that he can't KO Wlad, which I think he'll struggle to do. I think that strategy will be based on jabbing to the body and raid tactics, while keeping out of Wlad's range. At the same time, Wlad will be cautious - this is why I think it'll go the distance, with Haye nicking it.

We were promised fireworks against Valuev, which we never got because Haye was scared of his power. I think Haye will be equally cautious when up against a better boxer with more chance of KOing him. Booth will make sure Haye does enough to not get shafted on the cards.

Fair enough, I see where you're coming from. I think the problem with that scenario is simply that VK is a far superior athlete to Valuev, particularly in terms of hand and foot speed. Given Haye was only able to eek out a win against the plodding giant using similar 'raiding' tactics, I just find it implausible that he'll be able to execute the same tactics successfully against Vlad, particularly once the latter has settled into a rhythm with his jab.

It wasn't last weekend when they robbed Macklin of a world title.

Following last weekends events, there'#s no way that they will give Haye the fight on points, even if he does socre 3 knockdowns against Klitchsko.

Most people thought the decision in Sturm-Macklin was fair. Your opinion that it was a robbery is more controversial than the decision itself.

Anyway, I would be very, very surprised if Haye got the better of Klit in a distance fight.

...And what's your excuse going to be as to why Wlad has lost on Saturday night?

You really can't see Haye winning? Your not the only one, its funny how some are adamant that Wlad will win.

Wlad has the potential to win, but I don't think he will, so have your excuse ready :OhYes:

No chance IMO

I think Haye goes in with the same gameplan as he did against Enzo. Red is the colour for this fight.

I've heard Haye say that he doesn't think Wlad will get blown away by 1 shot and that he'll have to break him down during the fight and I've heard Booth mention a few times about hayes 12 round fitness. My boxing brain and both those statements indicate to me that Haye's gonna go after him early doors.

Haye's got his warface on and Wlad is BIG BIG trouble!!

Yes Haye is susceptible to shots high on the head. Against a taller fighter, there's a better than average chance of that happening.

I think this fight will definitely go long and there is value on betting on Klitschko to win by a decison.

I envisage Wlad dominating the first half of the fight behind the jab and gradually busting Haye up to the extent that David will be a mile behind on the cards. Haye may get dropped, but I have a feeling he'll hang on in there and if he manages to do so things could get interesting. I think Haye will have no option but to go for broke late on and I'm going to bet on him to stop a tiring Klitschko in the eleventh round following a dramatic two-fisted assault from Haye.

The first person to knock down Ruiz since Tua years ago, if he catches Wlad like that he'll go into defensive mode
