Easy fight for Wlad, who should win by KO in 2 or 3 rounds.

Haye not busy enough to give Wald much to think about and when Haye gets hit by him, he will stay hit.

WHY DO PEOPLE THINK HAYE IS GOING TO STAND IN FRONT OF WLAD WITH A HIGH GUARD, LIKE ALL OF WLAD'S OPPONENTS.

I just think that Haye is the type of fighter who can give VK nightmares, everything Haye and Booth do is calculated and with confidence. I think David catch him and hurt him, and swarm all over him.

Would love to see David win but don't think he will take Wlad punches. He needed to have fought some better heavyweights than Ruiz, Audley, Barrett and Valuev to give me confidence he can win this. Also all the talk about retirement this year does not give me confidence.

I've been going backwards and forwards on this, so I'm going to employ a process of elimination.

Klitschko

Klitschko seldom wins fights early, Haye has good movement and is much better than Ray Austin, so I think a stoppage in the first half of the fight for him is very unlikely. That said, Wladimir has a good KO percentage and has stopped his last five. So if he stops Haye, then he will do it in the later rounds.

Haye has been down in the past and ran out of gas against Thomspon, so he could well get put down by Klitschko

Wladimir tends to dominate fights and will likely build a large points verdict.

Haye

Haye is a big puncher, no matter how you look at it. He rocked Valuev and has stopped all but two of his opponents. Haye is capable of an early stoppage, but also carries his power into the later rounds.

It's no secret that Wladimir has been down in the past and he be got to early.

I don't think Haye will throw enough punches to win on points, unless Wlad he can get Wladimir on the floor a few time.

Prediction

A Klitschko stoppage would seem possible, but Haye is in superb condition and I think he may well go down, but I don't think he will stay down.

So........ Haye's only chance is if he takes Wladimir out in the first half of the fight. Today I think he will, but tomorrow, I'll probably go for Wlad on points.

im going Haye

Klit is fave ...we'll soon find out whether Haye is going to back up his boasts.

i love the news that Haye is sparring against a glove on a stick .....couldnt sum up the klit jab better.

Haye needs to get under it !!!!! use his feet and get the left in as well

he only threw a meaningful combo in the last round againt Valuev...hes got to fight the fight of the decade to win this

Right, the big fight is tomorrow night, so here is my prediction:

Haye to win in the 3rd...
(either by stoppage, KO or Wlad resigning).

Wlad's gonna win, a better chin than Haye and miles more experience: he's foughts loads of decent heavies, Haye's fought none.
I'd love to see Haye pull off a spectacular win, but I reckon Wlad is going to have him in trouble as soon as he lands.

Picking a winner for this fight is driving me mad......on the one hand I can see all the talk from Haye going out the window when reality sets in and Klitschko takes control with the jab and forces a stoppage (although it's a little harder to imagine Haye losing interest the way lots of other challengers have during the contest, i mean I would expect more spirit from David).

On the other hand i can picture Haye coming out of the blocks quickly and blasting Klitschko about with serveral knockdowns before forcing a stoppage before the halfway point.

Damn it ! Klitschko by stoppage. :(

Bang on the money. I can see Haye going over from a jab in the first.

Why is Haye's chin worse? Wlad's been down eleven times and more imporantly been stopped three times. Haye's record suggests that his chin is of a equal or slightly better than Wlad's.

Put it this way, can you imagine Wlad going over from that blown up supermiddle Mock ? Yes Wlad has been dropped, but by serious heavyweight punchers. And Haye was dropped by Barrett too, and didn't look a very hard shot.

I would counter by saying that Haye wouldn't have been knocked down by Sam Peter. They've both been down mate, yes Haye went down at cruiser, but got stronger legs at heavy.

Haye is a serious heavweight puncher mate. He was the first person to stop Ruiz since Tua and the only person to rock Valuev.

Wlad by stoppage in the tenth.

One thing I hope I'm wrong about is I think the fight will be a stinker. Haye kept on the backfoot by the jab- Wlad happy to keep it at range and tying him up whenever he threatens. I expect Haye to realise that he is miles behind, over commit and walk onto a straight right late on.

Valuev was rocked by Bidenko I think. Sam Peter did hit very hard in his early days think he would have hurt Haye. I am not knocking Haye but being bit more reserved than others about his ability at heavyweight.

Bidenko landed loads of flush punches on Valuev, but didn't manage to take him out. Valuev stood there and took them all. Haye actually made Valuev stumble, which I don't think anyone else has done.

But Valuev did wobble. That was Bidenko third professional fight at the time.
