Ok, I couldn't hear the TV as I was in a busy pub, but from what I gather Mr Haye is blaming his comprehensive defeat to Mr Klitschko on a broken toe.
That has to be the worst (or best?) excuse I've ever heard from a defeated fighter. Are there any better/worse excuses that you've heard?

Well kind of explains why he'd finished sparring about three weeks ago but at the end of the day.... tough shit... if it was that bad he should have pulled out and set up a press conference with X-rays and just said 'I need to be 100 per cent for such a big fight and won't be with this'.
Haye's talked so much that anything but a win and he was always going to look like a proper Charlie.
