Khan Mayweather By End Of 2012
Sit down people. It's not a Haye or Wlad thread I know.
But this is in discussions now according to the Swiss Banker.

Re: Khan Mayweather By End Of 2012
This is a waste of time. Why not fight Pacman instead. Khan isn't good enough or experienced enough, Floyd will probably knock him sparko.
I wish they would just hurry up and make the fight. By the end of 2012, Floyd is 35, time is running out.

Mayweather v Pacquiao - Boxings version of the Cold War.
Two superpowers flinging insults at each other but instead of fighting they end up picking on overmatched opponents.
DD
And hopefully they'll both come crashing down to earth against one of these overmatched opponents 8)

Re: Khan Mayweather By End Of 2012
Mayweather-Khan? That would mean Mayweather having to beat Ortiz and perhaps Pacquiao, while Khan would need to beat Judah and two others. Bit premature to be talking about this already, I am actually backing Judah to KO Khan.

Err, I hardly think Pacman would be a warmup for Khan......johnswan1 wrote:Mayweather-Khan? Good analogy.
Unfortunately Grenada aren't going to beat the USA.......and Afghanistan won't beat Russia.......oh wait a minute!
Re: Khan Mayweather By End Of 2012
Not saying he is - but it's widely thought that Mayweather taking on a southpaw in Ortiz is a prep fight for Pac. If Mayweather does fight and beat Pac after Ortiz I doubt very much he'd hang around for Khan.jamesmcdonnell wrote:Err, I hardly think Pacman would be a warmup for Khan......johnswan1 wrote:Mayweather-Khan? I think it more likely if anything, Mayweather is trying to force Pacman's hand by fighting his stablemate. Pacman wont want to wait until 2013 for the fight.johnswan1 wrote:Not saying he is - but it's widely thought that Mayweather taking on a southpaw in Ortiz is a prep fight for Pac. Also:
There is a projected date of May 5 next year for Mayweather versus Manny Pacquiao in the fight the world wants to see but Schaefer says: 'We are confident Floyd beats Manny and that Amir will come through his three challenges.

In the famous words of every football manager - just take one match at a time, and don't look beyond that.
If only boxing was that simple - to lay out a route plan 18 months in advance.

I don't want to see Floyd's name linked with anybody but Pacquiao.
