Does anybody have any update on this tournament?any ideal who attended at the olympic weights?

I think most of the top girls at the Olympic weights have already qualified. Alex Love is boxing Marina Ramirez in the first round this evening.

There are still more opportunities for the women to qualify for olympic trials. US Nationals was the first, golden gloves is the second and PAL is the last. Mikaela Mayer beat Caroline Barry @132. If anyone else has any info??

Feeling pretty confident that it will be Mikaela and Salina in the finals. Salina got Mikaela by a point last year. Hopefully it will go the other way this time. She wants that spot in the Olympic trials real bad.

Even though Carrie isn't as tough as she used to be, that was still a good win for Makaela.

I think mikaela would have beaten the old tough Carrie..mikaela has improved a lot and has a good style ..a fighter like Carrie is Taylormade for mikaela's style..I didn't see the fight but I'm sure Carrie put pressure and walked into all he punches

Yes, you are correct. Mikaela could feel her strength right away and she just boxed her and won. Mikaela got caught at the nationals by a runner. Something she hadn't experienced much. Its all coming down to experience now. Slowly but surely...just get that spot at the trials and train hard for another 8 months.

This tournament has been the absolute worst ever when it comes to getting information. Nothing from USA Boxing. Was getting results from charlotteharborboxing.com but now that the tournament is over they didnt even bother to put up the final results. Not a thing about it anywhere on the internet. This was a small but important tournamentand USA boxing should have provided results daily. From what i understand they didnt even video it.
