Whatever the results, wot a corkin night of boxing- particularly compared to the shower of shit in hamburg
Re: Who will win this weekend the big 4
Firstly, I'd be pleasantly surprised if the top four all stay made.
Regardless:
Burns on points
Murray by stoppage
Bellew v Ovill - whoever lands first and I'll say Tony
Gavin by points
Purdy by stoppage

Re: Who will win this weekend the big 4
Two very tough calls IMO, two easier ones.
Gavin RSF 7 Woodhouse.
Bellew TKO 7 McKenzie.
Now the two harder ones.
Burns UD Cook (I'm surprised so many think Ricky Burns will stop Cook, Burns is a non-puncher at world level - if Cook can take Alex Arthur's shots, then he can take Burns'). Even with his activity level, this is the toughest ask for Burns since he won the title.
Murray RSF 10 Mitchell - I think had Mitchell been "right" he would be the favourite..... I think he holds all the natural advantages... I just think the inactivity and the high profile issues will mean he is not at his best and Murray will get to a tiring Mitchell late on.
Watson vs Purdy is arguably the toughest pick of the weekend. Purdy looked so strong the last time they fought, hurting Watson everytime he landed - but yet, Watson was outboxing him untill the KO. I'm going to assume that something wasn't right with Watson the first time and go for Watson UD.

Burns (6/4)
Murray (11/10)
Bellew (4/6)
Gavin (4/6)
All by stoppage which pays quite a good price

Re: Who will win this weekend the big 4
Burns (points)
Murray (tko) unless Mitchell comes in like he'd never met Katsidis then it could go either way.
Bellew or Mckenzie could go either way
Gavin although hope Curtis gets some licks in for all the bollocks he's recieved
Watson (points)

I'm thinking of having an accumulator on this card too. The only one I'm unsure of is whether Burns stops Cook or wins a decision.freddydoesdallas wrote:Burns (6/4)

Burns v Cook - Burns MD
Murray v Mitchell - Murray KO
Bellew v Mckenzie - Bellew KO
Woodhouse v Gavin - Gavin MD
I don't give Mitchell a chance at all.
