Inspired by the gary Mayor threads , interested to hear what people think makes a good sparring partner , i know some people earn more from being a sparring partner than they do from their actual boxing careers .
Also whilst on the subject is there any good standard heavyweights on here willing to come and do a bit of sparring as ive got a heavy who spars the likes of Gary Mayor , Carl Froch , and has sparred Richard Towers and Shane McPhilbin but struggles for good sparring on a regular basis with someone his own size , dont mind if their pro or amateur or white collar , whatever as long as there good enough (which pros im sure will be lol ) hes a good lad and needs a good standard to spar with , hes good enough to go pro to be fair but varous obstacles such as work etc i think , but his opinion is whenever he spars a heavyweight he has found it easy due to being used to sparring lighter lads with more speed , any suggestions would be great , maybe Big larry O or someone like that needs a bit of sparring with a Tall heavy ( around 6ft 7" i think)
