why spar?? because its were u practice ur game plan,wer u get ur timing in, wer you do the things over and over ur not good at so that come fight time your ready to put it all together and fight your best wer it counts...in a fight!!! wot a stuped comment why spar if they dont mean out. thats like asking why you play friendlys in football or have practice games in training!!!! as ali said sparring isnt about looking good or doing wot comes easy its about practicing and getting everything ur not gud at up to scratch!!!

I think you miss understood a comment of mine lee , people said the sparring meant nothing in regards to the fight outcome , i retorted with something along the lines of "whats the point in sparring if it means nothing " i wasnt literally saying why bother sparring i was saying of course theres a point , it was sarcasm
