I was just wondering if anyone was a paranoid as me :) I actually feel sorry for Nicky Its hard to get it any kind of shape with a back injury trusty me I've been trying. You cant lift weights you can't run (certainly in my case) and your legs just feel heavy and don't work the way you want them to.

He was brave enough to get up and carry on despite being in considerable pain

It was from a band that were on the SKY1 X-factor style show, "Must be the music". It's a very anthemic song and a pretty good entrance song - it worked anyway!

I'm loving it my (Aussie) wife not so much when I delivered it to her In an email titled "why I won't be taking the Australian citizenship test and why our (future) son will fight for the BRITISH title lol

Expecting a fight when I get home :-)
