Wasn't a massive Mitchell fan till this fight but I'm now a beliver! If he fights Katsides in Australia his welcome to crash at mine any day of the week! True champion bounced back better than ever!

I thought Mitchell was a boozer, a prat and a bit of a pie & mash wide boy. Perhaps that perception was correct until recently. Infact I thought his talk was hollow leading up to the fight.

But I'm really pleased that he's realised what matters in life now, not his chums and the pub, but his boxing and his two sons.

Tibbs is a solid guy and Mitchell needs to be stuck at the hip to him and his team from this weekend onwards. He shouldn't allow himself to gloat on the Murray victory, nor crack open the proverbial champagne. He needs to hang on to that underdog feeling for as long as he can and use it in the gym, in his personal life and then hopefully he can fulfill whatever talent he has to the maximum.

Personally I'd like Mitchell take on another fight quite soon, before going for a big prize again. To keep his momentum going, rather than hang about with time on his hands.

It's Francis Warren, one of Frank's sons. He and his brother George are going to come to the forefront more and more as part of Frank's business succession. Francis is the more 'old school' of the two brothers and has learnt on the job whereas George has had more formal education and comes over as more of a posh boy. The mix should work well. I wouldn't have guessed he was related until you told me, I imagine the lad standing with Frank at the back is his younger son cheers

Media training isn't a bad idea for people who spend a lot of time in front of a microphone but I think it can rob people of their personalities and make for bland, cardboard cut-out stock answers. You can always tell when a footballer has been coached because they sound exactly the same as everybody else. Give him time, he's all right and his personality will start to shine through in time.

For example, his fighter has just recorded a career-best win, yet his expression is pensive at best, almost angry at times. Fair enough. I'll bow to your greater knowledge. The only media training I ever got was to cover my face and disappear if I even smelled a reporter or a camera.

That's the best kind - I'd have charged you 10k to teach you the correct technique on that one
