apparently cameron is probably not defending his IBO strap he won in the mccracken fight which is a shame because IBO policy is he'll now lose the title

I don't know if that applies to regional titles. It is a Commonwealth Title Fight and Commonwealth Titles are more likely to be defended than IBF Regional titles.

Cameron is the only holder of the title. I have looked at some of the other IBO regional titles and they do not seem to be as harsh on them as their world titles.

Anyone know what time the fight starts, Green/Tarver I mean, just want to get online see if I can get a rbr from someone watching it.

7pm EST for the undercard, looking at the card and the lineup, the first will be over in a round, the second will be over in 2, the third will go the distance,the 4th well it's either going deep or ending real early.........in saying that there will be buildup and i personally think the main starts around 10 PM.
