he had Oscar at the point where he was hesitant to throw the jab for fear of being smacked in the face with a right hand. pretty sure he could do the same to Khan.ArtOfWar wrote:. Testing the chin is what you have to do and Floyd isn't really that kind of fighter.
bradley got fed up of waiting, he also poss got fed up of khan wanting 80/20 splits cos he's Box Office now isnt he?!J-C wrote:Bradley says he doesn't want the fight yet – http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R5WPQ-Iw ... re=relatedbad mamma jamma wrote:thats my opinion..is it unbelievable? i could offer anybody a fight and then weasel my way out of it...dont believe everything you hearThe Dark Destroyer wrote: Khan's avoiding Bradley?

If Bradley doesn't want the fight right now how can Khan be ducking him?
Waiting? He was offered it after his last fight, and Bradley hasn't signed a fight since so there's little evidence it was because he's bored of waiting.bad mamma jamma wrote:bradley got fed up of waiting, he also poss got fed up of khan wanting 80/20 splits cos he's Box Office now isnt he?!
its not worth the effort son. i will stick with what I said and let the khan nuthuggers pay 15 quid to watch him fight old men and 2nd raters...and yes I include maidana in the 2nd rater category..over and outScottrf wrote:Waiting? That wasn't the split and that wasn't why he turned it down, but keep guessing.
Especially when getting facts right is "not worth the effort".The Dark Destroyer wrote:It comes to something when a fighter goes after the number one guy, gets turned downed and then goes after the other title holder in the division and is criticised for it.

fukkin hell...i said i was thru with this but clever ass comments should not be left alone...bradley called out khan ages ago, khan initially said bradley wasnt a big enough name for him..then when bradley shows disinterest khan offers him out...thats how it went, if you see a different picture then thats fine but dont try saying I am not dealing with the facts..Scottrf wrote:Especially when getting facts right is "not worth the effort".The Dark Destroyer wrote:It comes to something when a fighter goes after the number one guy, gets turned downed and then goes after the other title holder in the division and is criticised for it.
Does it matter what went before? Khan recently offered him a fight and was turned down, so it's a bit strange to say he is ducking. Was ducking is a different argument.bad mamma jamma wrote:fukkin hell...i said i was thru with this but clever ass comments should not be left alone...bradley called out khan ages ago, khan initially said bradley wasnt a big enough name for him..then when bradley shows disinterest khan offers him out...thats how it went, if you see a different picture then thats fine but dont try saying I am not dealing with the facts..Scottrf wrote:Especially when getting facts right is "not worth the effort".The Dark Destroyer wrote:It comes to something when a fighter goes after the number one guy, gets turned downed and then goes after the other title holder in the division and is criticised for it.
ERRM...wtf! i get my info from boxing news/monthly and take what i read on the websites with a pinch of salt...i have never seen your take on things in the mag so i assume you are getting it from websites? if you are directly linked with bradley and know the real picture fairplay otherwise you are just assuming from the information you have been exposed to, just like i am..you could even be a reader of The Ring which is biased towards golden boy boxers ...hmmmm..exittored wrote:You don't know what you're talking about.bad mamma jamma wrote:bradley got fed up of waiting, he also poss got fed up of khan wanting 80/20 splits cos he's Box Office now isnt he?!J-C wrote: Bradley says he doesn't want the fight yet – http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R5WPQ-Iw ... re=related

Bradley was offered 50/50 split plus half of the British PPV as well, this is all documented. His Promoter Gary Shaw agreed to the deal and also lowered his personal percentage to make the fight happen and told Bradley he could be a free agent after the fight without any clauses and join another Promotion outfit, this is something Bradley has clarified too.
This simple reason Bradley didn't take the fight is because he was scared of losing and therefore if he did get beat by Khan his options would be severley limited, at the moment he's a world champion with 2 belts and is unbeaten but with a loss neither Toprank or Goldenboy would want anything to do with him seeing as he'd have no belts, coming off a loss and have zero fanbase or interest from HBO/Showtime to show his fights considering he's a pretty boring fighter. Maybe it's a good longterm stategy for his career but if he was 100% confident about beating Khan he would have taken the fight without thinking of whether he'd lose it or not.

I'm getting this information out of the mouths of Gary Shaw and Timothy Bradley themselves. As i've stated Bradley and his advisors didn't want to take the Khan fight incase they lost it which would have mean't his options as a Free agent to join a new Promotional company(almost certain to be Toprank) would be hampered. Turning down Khan was purely a business decision but if Bradley was completely confident he would beat Khan 100% then he would have taken the fight and not worry about the risk of losing.bad mamma jamma wrote:ERRM...wtf! i get my info from boxing news/monthly and take what i read on the websites with a pinch of salt...i have never seen your take on things in the mag so i assume you are getting it from websites? if you are directly linked with bradley and know the real picture fairplay otherwise you are just assuming from the information you have been exposed to, just like i am..you could even be a reader of The Ring which is biased towards golden boy boxers ...hmmmm..exittored wrote:You don't know what you're talking about.bad mamma jamma wrote: bradley got fed up of waiting, he also poss got fed up of khan wanting 80/20 splits cos he's Box Office now isnt he?!

And your saying it's all lies now... so the Daily Mail and several other newspapers ran a false story ?
There is only one person in this thread, who's looking in a bad light - that's Amir Khan.
He reckons he can knock out Lovemore N'dou inside 5 rounds... why didn't heavy handed Saul Alvarez knock him out then ? or Miguel Cotto ?
Fact is, all the Khan nut huggers think i'm the anti-christ because I tell it how it is about him. More so because Froch is in pole position above him, is also now a figurehead of SKY's boxing whilst he will bombing on Primetime.
Sucks don't it.
You will notice that at no point is one of the possible causes "car accident" or "broken leg".

Here are the facts.
The guy got a broken leg in the accident. He did not die from the broken leg, nor from any complications from the broken leg.
Because of the broken leg, he had to walk with a stick and gave up his job at a foundry, saying he was unable to carry on working, while he sued Khan's insurance company. They had made an interim payment of £40,000 to him ahead of a full settlement.
He liked to booze and died of gastrointestinal bleeding. If you want to read about gastrointestinal bleeding, click this linkYou will notice that at no point is one of the possible causes "car accident" or "broken leg".
Yet you put it around that "he killed him", something that is ridiculously libelous, on the basis of one interview with the guy's widow in the Daily Mail, that bastion of balanced journalism, saying that he went off the rails because he was depressed after the accident.
So either, you are stupid, or merely like saying malicious rubbish?
i am not a Khan nuthugger, and you are not the antichrist.G0mez wrote:So if Amir wasn't the cause of his premature death, who's fault was it ?gobbles wrote:
