Born and Bred: A Documentary Film is opening in theaters in Los Angeles/New York on August 19th.

In Kansas City, during Ringside World Championships: August 15th-21st.

There are a very limited number of advanced tickets available now for the LA premiere.

He did a fantastic job. It was a good story from the coaches, boxer and family prespectives.

Wish the Bonus DVD provided had more footage of bouts. Didn't really need the Interview overload but it was good for them to take the time out.

Justin - it's been a very long road to get to this point. I'm proud that I was able to be part of this from the beginning and a better person for knowing you and seeing firsthand your dedication to the Molinas, Robert and amateur boxing. I hope something really good comes out of this for you.

Thanks Melanie. Yes, it has been a long road. I guess it comes with the territory.

Being involved in boxing at the amateur level and filming the stories as they evolved was a profound experience for me. I can't say the same about getting the film out distribution-wise but we got it in the hands of Warner Brothers now so at least anyone who wants to see it can see it.

Born and Bred 2 is the story of Rocky Balboa coming out of retirement one last time. He has to make the ring walk with a walker, but it is a small sacrifice to pay. He knows he has to beat his nemesis, Juan "The Jackal" Carlos-Gomez Sanchez Jr., who is backed by an evil drug cartel (and an illegal immigrant) to win the heavyweight belt back for the pride of Philly. After 12 rounds of brutal boxing, with the crowd covered in blood from the vicious blows on both sides, Balboa knocks out his opponent. He picks him up, though, lifting him on his shoulders and tells the ecstatic crowd that The Jackal is a true warrior and he'll take a rocket launcher to the INS before he gives up his new American. The crowd erupts!!! Tears everywhere. Adrienne!!!
