I've never seen Fury look good in a fight, he doesn't use his physical advantages and it seems as though he's not prepared to put the hard yards in to get himself ready for 12 long, hard rounds.

I realise i'm setting myself up for a fall here :box:
agree 100%. Chisora way too good on all evidence in my opinion.

Wonder if Chisora has been sparring Anthony Joshua up at Finchly for this one.

I've been predicting Fury will win this and become a world champion since I started on this forum.

I think I've got further to fall mate.

I'm not worried though, Fury will win with ease. Styles make fights.

Fury is definitely up against it here and will be the underdog I suspect, but those backing Fury feel there's a lot more to come and his fighting spirit looks very strong indeed. He was up against it against McDermott but his will to win was very impressive in both wins. I think it will shine through again come Saturday.

Shit. I might have to change my pick now. If Chambers backs a heavyweight he is normally a shoe-in to lose. A jinx.
I'm a scientist I don't do superstition (I thought it went out in 19th Century). D'ya avoid passing people on the stairs??

I picked Haye to be a success as soon as he turned pro, so I don't really class picking the 2 weight World Champion David Haye as being a failure. You have some seriously high standards

Carl Froch was another who I picked to be a World Champion as soon as he turned pro.......... I'm not claiming to perfect Mr Machoman (far from it), but sport's a game of ups and downs! You win some you lose some.

Got any future predictions you'd like to share with us?

Was reading the industry insider's (boxers, trainers, etc) poll in Boxing Monthly last night.

Out of 20 experts:

11 - Murray, 9 - Mitchell

And...

10 - Fury, 10 - Chisora.

Interestingly, despite the overall vote being dead even, 8 of 9 who correctly picked Mitchell winning went for Chisora instead of Fury.

Maybe it was just North/South favouritism... not sure.

To be fair I think a lot of people had high predictions for those two given their previous world championship credentials.

Has she still got the figure? Last time I heard anything of her Ryan Giggs was knocking her off but that seems like ancient history!

Fury in 7-9 rounds by KO, although seeing the weigh in on fightnews.com he's got only got 6lbs on Delboy so I'm guessing (as I've seen no pics yet) Tyson is in good nick. ;;-)

I thought Chisora but to be so overweight is shocking.

My prediction is the first three rows will pass out with oxygen deprevation!

I think Fury's toughness is a big factor, he's a fighting man through and through, and I think that makes it an even fight.

Fury will bring passion and intensity but I think it's a storm that Chisora can ride out. This is fire meets ice and I think the ice will extinguish Fury's fire in the later rounds. Chisora will look like a seasoned old pro next to Fury.

Fury is going to knock fornicate out of him, I don't see how Chisora is going to win this.

Fury points.

Neither have the power to stop the other, Fury is quite robust and can take a shot and Chisroa won't be hurt by Fury as the big lad doesn't come close to punching his weight.

Fury will outwork him and win a clear decision.

I'd have said the same before the weigh in, but given that Chisora clearly hasn't taken training seriously I give the edge to Fury.

I fancy Chisora early. You don't come in at career high to do a Haye and not engage. He will bring the fire from the first bell and look to get him out of there asap.

Chisora tko/ko 1-6

I love how split everyone is for this one. It shows it's a great match-up (with no hindsight).

I'm going for Chisora on points. I tend to go for the more skilful/adaptable guy in a 50-50 fight.

I'll stick with Chisora even though the weigh-in has started the alarm bells ringing. I'll just stick to watching it and not bother putting money on a Chisora KO which I fancied up until the weigh-in.

Derek has come in way too heavy @ 261 lbs.

He is obviously sacrificing some speed, in order to counter Fury's main strengths, his weight.

Not a great move and cannot really understand why fighters tend to put on weight, simply because they are fighting a bigger guy.

So a trade off, additional weight for less speed and stamina.....

I still think Chisora should have enough to win, but he has made the task harder for himself. Expect a lot of inside, close quarters fighting.
