And finally Tarver (42)who let's face it made Green look amateurish at the best of times. Do I think Cameron will knock Green out? Yes, I think Green is totally gone now, but will probably have one more pay per view in him and Cameron would make financial sense.
Greens record still looks better than Camerons, who has he fought?
Can Cameron beat Green? Eff no!
Comparing Cameron to Tarver the way you did is a joke.

Meanwhile, David Tua has recently been fighting all time greats like Cerrone Fox and Monty Barrett.
Not really recently, he fought Fox nearly 4 years ago. He more recently fought and knocked out Shane Cameron. Hope Green has the balls for one more fight against Cameron.
yid14 wrote:Obviously after along rest, hopefully Green steps upto the plate with Cameron, although if he couldn't take 42 year old Tarver's power, whats he gonna be like against a guy whose was knocking out heavies????
Your effing kidding arnt you, Ive just got back from Sydney and cant belive what im reading. Tarver is in a diffrent class to Cameron.
Tarver is clearly in a different class to Green.
you're an illogical man, your comments truly come off as hatred towards this country's fighters, I've searched your posts and have never come across 1 nice word being said by yourself about Australian boxing, and your Shane Cameron comments are laughable, my hats off to Shane he won in true style against a bloke as you said before "a bit green behind the ears"which is what Vea is, a good young fighter with balls bigger than his ability. Cameron and Tarver the same class.......well if that isn't the biggest joke I've read on these boards in a while, then someone needs to point me to the comment that trumps Kid 14 , because i read everything, and that comment was completely an uneducated boxing analysis.

I don't hate australian boxing, I just dislike you and your foul mouth. I'm just alittle more realistic about aussie boxing than you and don't be silly I never once said Cameron was in Tarvers class. What I actually said was he's knocked out Heavyweights, a very different statement. Perish the thought that someone should have a different opinion on a boxing forum! I do think Cameron will knock a faded Green out, maybe we'll see maybe we won't. By the way if your posts were worth reading I'd probably look through them.

Q: Why does a pommy migrate to New Zealand?
A: He can't get a job in Australia.
Maybe the people are nicer.
Their parrots are more interesting than the people. This one clearly likes pommies.
Depends on the Pom. One of my wife's nephews is married to one and his brother marries another in September. They are both nice girls.
The ones that whine about everything annoy me, just like the Aussies who think no Australian is good enough to be our head of state. If they want a monarch they should go and live in a country that has one. It would save a poor old 85 year old great-grandmother from London having to come out here every so often to keep them happy.

Fair enough.
Who would you fancy as Australian head of state?
I reckon Dame Edna fits the bill. Or Rolf Harris, maybe.
Both better candidates than that church bloke Little Johnny spruiked. Hollingsworth or summat. You know, the one who thought pastors messing with kids was OK.
Archbishop Hollingsworth was Governor General, all that means is the representative of the Britich Monarch and de facto head of state, which makes us look like a glorified colony.
We hardly trade with the United Kingdom now, the UK is part of the European Union and most of our trading partners are in Asia. The commonwealth is OK for organising cricket and rugby league matches, but means little else now. The system we voted on involved two thirds of the Parliament having to agree on a President, which meant meant that it would not be a politician, but Howard set liars like Peter Reith up to make out we should vote for a President, which could have us in the disastrous situation the USA is in at the moment where an elected President is at loggerheads with an elected congress.

We are just talking about a figurehead though aren't we?
I mean, you can't really have two "real' heads of state.
Outside bet. How about that high court judge who got banged up for repeatedly making false stat decs. Forgot his name. He must be out by now. He'll need a chance to get his snout back into the trough.
I don't think Cameron would beat green buthink pitt would Cameron i would love to see pitt and Cameron. ammann went the distance Cameron and pitt destroyed ammann in two i just hope brad pitt gets a fair go I've heard a lot of cruiserweight ain't accepting fights with him

I like your thinking !! IMO Pitt would dominate Shane. he wouldnt be as easy to hit as Vea and if Pitt landed the way Vea did Cameron would be TKO/KO'd.
Brute wrote:There are at least 5 living Australian Nobel Prize winners. One of them would do nicely.
What qualification would they possess that you would want to see them as Australian head of state?
(Apart from being Australians, of course, as my candidates also fulfill that criteria.)
Even a figurehead needs certain qualifications surely. Being the world's greatest expert on Helicobacter Pylori doesn't necessarily mean you know how to put the Timorese Foreign Minister at ease while trying to pinch his oil and gas. Dame Edna would have no problems in that area. Nor would the one-time "living treasure" Marcus Einfeld.
Having a "president" somehow seems a more important title than "prime minister". Egos would go on rampages and nothing would get done. To counter this situation I suggest in the case we ever become a republic (hope to fukk this never happens) call the top job "grand poo-bah" instead. Then we'll see which prick still wants the job
