What a great way to start the new season this will be I think this could be FOTY.

Two differing styles that I think will mesh nicely. Jamie will bring the relentless volume and fitness whilst Stuart bring the power and educated pressure. I think Mcdonnell takes a lead in the first half of a fight before Hall's heavy shots begin to tell and wear Mcdonell down for a late stoppage. This fight needs hyping!

To be fair, Hall has been rising to the challenge brilliantly in a short space of time.

That said, I pick McDonnell to win.

Split on this. Think McDonnell will dazzle first 2-3, Hall come on strong through middle and McDonnell just do enough over closing rounds. Tight, tight fight.

Proper fight. Can't wait. Think I might get myself along to this. Very rare for a Hartlepool lad to be supporting anyone from Darlo but Stuey seems a decent lad and I fancy him to win via stoppage in seven rounds. Got a semi on over that 11/2 as well!

Without a doubt Jamie is performing in the gym by far his best he has ever been, we are already with over 3 weeks to go under 9st. He is that determend he says there is no way he will lose this fight and if he was to he would "pack in" thats how confident he is for this fight.
Jamie is now ranked 8th by the WBC and knows when he wins this fight that dream fights are only around the corner. Stuey Hall is a good improved fighter who has had a great season with some decent wins against a little fly weight who didnt have the desire to hit him back.. Napa was ahead on all 3 score cards when he GAVE the belt to stuey and 2 defences against GLASS jaw Davis and Martin Power who gave him a cracking fight and he can make super fly with maybe his best years behind him. We respect Stuey like i say hes an improved fighter.... but hes no Stefan Jamoye.
Jamie as never been stopped am or pro never even been dropped, he won 5 am junior titles and 2 multination golds along with a silver at junior Olympics.... hes had 2 defeats as a pro when he was a kid playing at the game.
Hes 25 years old a full time pro with a big sponsor and lives for the fight game with desire and deadication hes turned into a model pro and we are very proud of him... lets see how stuey copes when someone bigger than him is actually gona be hitting him back.
Its going to be a cracking fight and we have trained to through 100 punches a round, were going to be on him from round 1.
