You mean if you were an idiot you would say that. Judah got the points for the first round, but that did not help him.adamheight wrote:If I was a pudendum I'd say, "yeah that's him, the guy that put kostya on queer street in the first round"... Katsidis v Khan, JMM rematch

Another "arrogant pommy" in your sights, Brute?
Re: Katsidis v Khan, JMM rematch
Good luck to Khan. I'm just saying that beating Judah is not a novelty. It was Zab's seventh loss, the third by KO.
Kostya's win was the most spectacular.

Good win by Khan even though, as you rightly point out, Judah is at the end of his career.
It's a pity Bradley is having managerial problems, as a fight with him and Khan right now would be a good 50/50 fight.
I'd lean slightly to Bradley but Khan has improved a lot since moving his base to the USA.

he lives in Vegas and Thailand now.
I font think he can come back even if he wanted to from what I've heard
I guess only a few of us knew this was never really the case, í guess the lesson is here don't always believe what you hear.

Hey mate. What makes u lean toward Bradley? Hes Not a puncher and he wouldn't outbox khan.Giancarlo wrote:Brute wrote:Good luck to Khan. I'm just saying that beating Judah is not a novelty. It was Zab's seventh loss, the third by KO.

He already ducked Khan once, and that's cost him his wbc belt. I doubt this fight would even go ahead now.
Re: Katsidis v Khan, JMM rematch
houndog,i reckon a LOT of money changed hands for this to happen

I'm not a big fan of all the "ducking" claims that get thrown about in forums.adamheight wrote:Hey mate. What makes u lean toward Bradley? These guys are professional boxers. If the money is right, I am sure Bradley will be willing to fight.
I fancy Bradley because I think Khan, though much improved, still has flaws that Bradley can exploit. No more, no less.

If you don't like "big gobs", then I'd suggest another sport might be more to your liking.buster007 wrote:my point is, it's khans BIG GOB, that is getting him more publicity and interest aimed toward him. i'm not swayed by big talking, i need to see more substance to believe he would not get embarrassed terribly in a ring with pacman or floyd.
people started to be swayed after some time by haye. they thought, this guy seems pretty convinced he will bash holes through the klits, maybe he really is going to do it. it was to his credit though, it got him a big payday for his troubles.
I can see how Haye rubbed people up the wrong way, but I haven't heard Khan say anything more outrageous than "I believe I'm the best and want to fight the best to prove it". Pretty much all world-level boxers say that. I suppose Victor Ortiz now has a BIG GOB because he's publicly said he can beat Mayweather?

Re: Katsidis v Khan, JMM rematch
Not to mention, if Graham Earl and Joel Casamayor can put Katsidis on his ass, I would expect Khan to have a good chance of doing so too.adamheight wrote:May be. But theres nothing wrong with khans chin. The Maidana fight put that topic to bed.buster007 wrote:if michael can put marquez on his ass, i would expect he would have a good chance of dropping khan too.
Anyway I like Katsidis a lot, but post-Guerrero there's very little currency in the match.
Re: Katsidis v Khan, JMM rematch
big gobs?
there is nothing wrong with talking tough and saying u want to fight the best ffs. but khan seems to be releasing statements every day. its getting very tiresome.
look at vic. he says the same thing but he doesn't ram it constantly down peoples throats.
and of course khan can put katsidis on the canvas. my point is that kats is not completely without a chance of winning. some people make it sound like he has vitually no chance. that's ludicrous imo.
thanks for nit-picking.
