Welterweight Nasser Al Harbi put on a dominent display against Middleweight Duncan Cottier, hurting the Biggerman several times during the bout, which caused Cottier to be deducted a point for constant holding when hurt, Nasser boxed at long range peppering Cottier with the jab and landing big rights and left hooks, whenever Cottier tried to get inside he was stunned with upercuts and punished wiith body shots, a sound performance by Al Harbi at just over a weeks notice and only at 70%, Nasser was cheered on by a big crowd from Birmingham. Jermain Smyle and Jamie Ambler put on a real good fight with plenty of bombs being thrown, very entertaining, Jermain is forever throwing punches and Jamie put on a gutsy performance, good fight. Sid Rassak did his usual, go for it all in the last round and it nearly paid off, he wobbled his debutant opponenent with real meaningfull attack in the last only for his oponenent to survive and come back at him and thus hold on to the victory. Sorry if I missed anyone but I was in the Boxers Changing room so I did not see the other fights, but from what I heard they werte entertaining and the crowd was great.mexican roadsweeper wrote:Anyone go to Graham Earl's show at Luton yesterday ?
