Jon ..... no more please. You've managed to keep this at the top of the list for the best part of 48 hours, if you stop responding to every comment it will quietly slip down the list and we can all forget about it.

With this topic and the two about the 'cheeky' PM you received from 'Cakes' you've dominated the forum all week, you were mildly amusing at first but now you're just tiresome.

Do something more constructive with your time, go run your company's or spend some of your vast riches.

Jon is a multi-millionaire entrepreneur, i'm sure he could buy Boxrec from John Shep and then make the changes to it himself.

Hey exittored, nice ot hear from you,
Someone pokes me I poke back, it's human nature I suppose, the key to this thread dying is stop the poking, it's really that simple.

"Me buy this place?", Well I could If I wanted I suppose, right now I'm trying to buy the rights to a very famous Italian movie (thats realy my main area is aquriring rights to things) and getting very close to closing and thats the only thing that is my real forcus at the mo as the rest of my stuff nearly looks after it's self If you see what I mean.

So how much do you think it's worth? I mean advert wise via webtraffic? I must speak to my web guy, I asked him before and he told me that it was "surprisingly busy" OR I could do a Duncan Bannatyne, and rip all the records and create my own version for no more than I pay my web guys.
Don't worry I would never do that + i know you would leave if I did :D
That's not my style anyway, it is like Bannatyne's though, his attitude to money is vulgar & offensive, he thinks that it is the very thing that defines him and I suppose for that reason he's right.

Mmmm i couldn't help you there John, i guess acquiring websites is more your field. So what's this famous italian movie then as i have a high regard for the classics of Italian cinema like La Dolce Vita, The Conformist, Bicycle Thieves, Cinema Paradiso, 8½ and countless other masterworks.

I'm a fan of Italian horror as well especially the early work of Dario Argento like Suspiria, Deep red and Tenebrae and being a bit of a zombie fan i like the Lucio Fulci films Zombie Flesh Eaters, The Beyond and City of the Living Dead.

Thats a good shout. I don't think Cannibal Holocaust has had a proper DVD special edition with all the extras so i guess there could be a pretty good opportunity if you get the rights although it's not going to sell on a mass scale but just enough to make a nice little profit.

I saw Holocaust again quite recently, although it's a ropey movie and has some rather bad racial stereotypes its also effective and disturbing in parts and still the grandaddy of that whole Fake documentary style horror film that recents films like Blair Witch project, Rec and Paranormal Activity have used.
