Is Clev the only British boxer to win British, Commonwealth, European and World titles without beating a defending champion or are there any other examples?

Cant think of anyone - surely this is a first!?!?!

It does happen regularly these days! Is there any fighters out there past/present that have done 3 out of 4? I'm sure there are a few that have won both british and commonwealth belts when vacant

Was it Ndou who won a World-title without winning a world-title fight ala Ken Norton?
