Punter meet promoter, promoter meet punter.....sorry mate doesn't work like that.

We are just a bunch of internet geeks at the end of the day and the people upstairs should stay upstairs and we should be grateful for the scraps that they throw us, if they didn't we would have nothing to talk about.

We are not worthy and the quicker people learn this the better as we live in a world of bloggers who think that the deserve an audience and most of the time they don't.

I think Glyn Leach once worte about how we live in a self obsessed internet world and I agree 110% and If he didnt he probably will at some point as this is now a sublimnal message :TU:

This forum is not a place purely for press releases. It is a debating chamber. If promoters want to have adverts in publications they should pay for the priviledge.
If they want to be a member of a debating forum they should engage. All of the other promoters do.
If HS Press do not want to engage they should find another place for their adverts
Lol Coco, mate you can't serioulsy think that people have to pay for press releases, surley this is a mistake and you werent thinking?

Also how do you know that MH might not be slipping John Sheppard some money now and again?

In fact what do you know?

I regard what you call press releases as adverts, which you certainly do pay for. If you look at my previous posts you can clearly see that.
I don't see any of the mainstream press using any of theses nonsensical 'press releases'.
Unfortunately we have to endure them.

Saying that after engaging with you I might use their tactic of ignoring people

But Coco when it comes do running a promotional company these adverts are exactly what you do in forums all around the world (admittedly Hennessey's are kinda shit but they are usually boxing related in a round about way) they are the norm on forums and Hennessey and Co do it but Hennessey doesn't give you his time and this angers you ego correct?,

Didn't you know or understand this? or perhaps you only understand boxing and how it works via this site?

I mean for all you really know Hennessey might even sponsor this site, what would you know? would Sheppard even tell his editors? methinks not :OhYes:

Seeing as everyone now knows that you don't know shit from sugar its probably the best tactic you should do.

Maybe Mick will throw you a freebie?

You wouldn't get my approval simply because you are clueless.

So the lesson what?..
"never debate with someone unless you actually have knowledge about subject that your wish to talk about"

"Paying to for press releases" priceless!

Ok ok i hear you but this thread is nearly 3 days old just leave it will you? that said I aint going anywhere and I follow the rules on here to a tee.

My point was/is correct and I stand firm on it, Mick & Co don't have to talk with anyone and they can spam fan forums all they want, freedom is speech is important J even when it's mostly shite about 'Fury getting spray tanned' etc etc.., it just shows some promotional naivety that's all.
That said you have got to admire the man for gutting it out AND for Fury for sticking by him, they both showed character I think.
I'm not hear to fall out with people I'm here to have strong debates about a sport I love but if anyone want to poke they get poked back but that's just life isnt it?

Anyway lets move on as there's no more points left to say J. :TU:
