How about Micheal Katsidis V Paul Malignaggi next?

Post by dberry »

After Kats' demolition of the Mexican last night, I think Malignaggi, who also boasts a stoppage victory over Lazoda, would be a great fight for Katsidis, and a fight that could be made over here.

Now that's a fight. Will be a war if it happens, and a hard one to call. I think Kats would eventually wear Malignaggi down and stop him, but I find it hard to favour kats against Morales, a fight that still could go either way. In short I'd put money on Kats to beat Malignaggi, but would keep my wallet in my pocket for Morales.

That would be a pretty decent match up. I think Malinaggi has been competing at welter though? But if he beat him it would be a good name for Katsidis in his start at 10st.

He's a big puncher at lw, but he isn't that big of a puncher there never mind at ww. Mallignaggi has a good chin too. I think Paulie wins a UD after a few interesting opening rounds.

Malignaggi came in at welterweight or over for his last two fights. Katsidis is only moving to super lightweight.

I hope he can bring Cassamayor to OZ. I think Mick has improved a lot since there first fight and he was also winning until he got caught. Hopefully Cassa has slid a little more since then too. Then Morales if Morales gets past lucas Mathyse (No easy feat). Some big fights out there for him he deserves 1 or 2 more tunes ups considering the wars at the highest level he has had before his last hit out...

agree mate would be good if he could get a name like that down here. And i think its fair to say that mick has improved since then, and cassa has slowed a bit to but it would still be a good fight

Cassa should have enough in the tank to make it interesting. What a fighter in his prime.
