A step in the right direction but what is it with the age limit of 40?

in my opinion its to plug the gap that has usually meant people in their mid to late 30s have had to box on white collar shows if they wanted to continue boxing but not good enough to have ever gone pro , the fact so many were turning to white collar kind of made a mockery of the old 34 age limit , can only be a good thing long term .
