does anybody know how you go about becomming a ref?? Do you have to ref amataeur before you can ref pro??

No you dont but they like you to have some boxing background. firstly you have to apply to your area council of the BBBof C, if you go on their website http://www.bbbofc.com/documentation.html it explains it all to you.
