I've seen a lot of Selby's fights at the Newport Leisure Centre and he has often been the best fighter on the bill. He really is talented. This isn't going to be the walkover some seem to be suggesting. This will be a close fight make no mistake.

Here we go, Billy gona be at it AGAIN, Stephens beat John twice, took his both titles off him in his 11th an 12th fights, y does he after go an do it again, surely he deserves to move on now ahead insead of goin backwards fighting Simpson, if he's made mandatory then so be it but besides that Stephens goin forward, not back

I've not seen enough of Selby but he seems to be getting lot of praise, but I know Stephen and what he is capable of, people are yet to see the best of him, he can't fight Simpson again as they both just don't need that kinda fight! Stephen is on the verge of some big big things and it's only a matter of time till he becomes world champion IMHO that is,

Please help me understand all the love for Selby. Is he faster, does he have a better jab? What is it? On paper, its not close. Does Selby have a better chin?

Selby may be arkward for the first half of the fight then Swifty will take over and stop him late on.. Selbys a decent fighter and deserves his chance but Stephen is levels above and will show it on the night! Future World champion ;;-)

Selby saying he'll beat Swifty at whatever game he chooses.

Let's hope you fight then, Lee. Don't run.

From what Liam has been saying recently he's really kicked on in training. Weren't taking the pro game that seriously and it's only been over the last 6 months that he's got his shit together.

Good luck to the lad tonight.
