You sure? Did you not see his reaction at the allegedly presser when asked about him. Didn't know where he was, I don't think he has much tolerance for those he doesn't perceive as having put the effort in - look at his reaction to Mitchell post the Katsidis fight. I think he's looking at who to invest in and how committed both guys are to boxing. Otherwise he'd just bring in some journeyman to bring confidence back for each.
as a promotor myself i read it how i see it .
This isn't a money fight, how is it cashing in? If he wanted to bring in someone for Chisora to beat why not bring someone cheaper with less risk?

So why is this not a crossroads fight for them both? Thats how I see it.

Does Frank still have that '2 losses in a row and he can drop you' in his contracts?

If yes then its a TEST for them both.

If Chisora still gives a 'castlemaine xxxx' about his career this fight is over in 2 rounds. Even if not assed he still wins within 6

Wow I was shocked to read about this one, it's a big first fight back for Larry and ofcoarse goes into it a big underdog. I honestly believe if Chisora comes into this in the same shape he did against Fury he'll get knocked out and early. It's really good matchmaking, good on you Larry for taking it - You could of been excused for taking on a Latvian first but I like your style. Good Luck and lots of respect.

get on him like a rash larry, crowd him, lean on him, tire him, dont give him space to let his shots go, lets see if he bites you?

That's what u have to do, imo i think he will take you a bit lightly and think all he has to do is turn up... Good Luck...

Chisora is durable. If Larry can come in lighter and not be blowing after 6 rounds then great chance.
Only Larry knows if he can do this, I cant see Chisora getting stopped early. Good matchup though :TU:

I can't see him getting stopped early either but if he ain't been training and taking it lightly then if Larry has anything left in the later rounds then it could become intreasting.. Again going by Am and Pro Per this should be an easy fight for DC...

Great X roads fight - Del Boy a huge favorite, but love to see Larry pull the upset with some big punching.

Frank's going this way more and more lately - prospect loses, so throw him into a high risk must win fight - eg Mitchell/Murray / Khan/Barrera - DeGale EBU shot.

Larry - I have a lot of respect for your attitude. Talent etc you can be born with, but attitude is something you are in complete control of and your response is one of class!

Best of luck against Chisora. I lost a lot of respect for him for showing up completely out of shape against Fury and he got what he deserved. I think he has more talent that you if I'm honest and if he comes in focussed and has trained I think he'll win, but I'll be rooting for you Larry!

On a slightly seperate note, it's actually good to see Chsiora back in the ring quickly.

Good luck Larry. I didn't see this coming. You'll have to stop being nice about Del Boy for a while now :OhYes:
