Indeed. As Johnson was never beat for his title, the line continued with him... And as you rightfully say the Tournament Champion will be the WBA Shadow Champion.

The other lines have be mixed up too.

The current WBO Champion, Peter Jackson is also the shadow WBC Champion (never beat for that title)

The current IBF Champion, Rocky Marciano is also the shadow WBO Champion (never beat for that title)

It gets confusing, doesn't it?
I think Marciano holds original lines to the WBC, WBO & IBF

In the cas eof Marciano:
He had never held the WBA Title... And it's lineage is currently with Schmeling, because he hasn't been beat since he defeated the stripped WBA Champion Jack Johnson. (I've said this before)

Marciano was WBC Champion, but he lost that title to Peter Jackson in Week 12.

Marciano was WBO Champion, vacated the title and was never beat for it.

Marciano is currently the IBF Champion...

So his claims are for only two of the titles.

Your not looking at it right.

Week 14 Jackson was WBC champ, Marciano was WBO champ

Week 15 Marciano vs Jackson for WBO & WBC lineage. Marciano wins.

Week 16 Marciano vs Klitschko for WBO & WBC lineage and IBF full title. Marciano wins.

Ah, of course.
:TU:

Excuse me for forgetting that The Rock beat Jackson after they dropped their titles... But it all comes back round to what I was saying before:
It's damn hard to keep track of things when Buzz is at his work.

Cheers. :TU:

Lineage is irrelevant. All that matters is the title and who holds it and for how long. Longevity is the true measure of grandeur. Lennox is going for his Third week. I am pretty sure the only other person to have this season such a long reign was Joe Jeanette.
I'm pretty sure you need to STFU. Noob.

Those things do matter (and Don Krease Promotions always keeps an up-to-date record with these things)...
But who the Champion loses his title to also matters.
The Man who beat The Man who beat The Man who beat The Man = lineage.

And lineage is important. (You will learn that).

Marciano OWNS lineage. He is the undisputed, and his achievments eclipse the Sun.

Lummox does not even own a leaf from a broken branch of the lineage.

Louiser was shamed by his manager who has instructed Joe to match Lummox's "hightalin' ways".

These are the indisputable, irrevocable, unvarnished and unalterable facts of the matter.

BoxBuzz is a fraud. Lies, shady back room shenanigans, manipulation, and bullshit line his calling card as a promoter.

The sooner you learn this, the better off you'll be.

Noob these nuts, son. Check the join date. I dominated the Sim while you were in diapers.

Follow Buzz like the sheep you are. But remember this: He is the embodiment of corruption. What will you do when he turns on you?

Ah....yes the wispy willow known as JDGAFFLIN.

I'm afraid JD assumed about the same position as most of our "competitors".

Low and toward the rear.

As I recall this irrelevant ne'rdo well was forced into an early retirement due to his chronic inability to compete with any degree of competency with the GBP wrecking crew.

He along with his "simsquaws" did provide us some good stats as I recall....as his fighters were happily prone to finding their way into a horizontal paralysis whenever faced with even the prospect of a fight with the likes of a GoldenBuzzPromotion's trained specialist.

Always good to hear from "grist from the past".
