Foreman has got a shot for one of the major world titles (his first shot this season, I believe) so you can't blame him for taking it.

Not many Managers would pass up a World Title shot just to settle a trilogy.

Frazier must face Bowe for this week... And if this is your main reason for getting another title shot:

Then your agrument is pretty slim indeed. Don't complain too much my feathery friend, at least you had a shot.

I tried (twice) to get Mr Deno's WBU Champion, Joe Jeanette to fight Snortin' and it never came off.

The first fight was a UD for Lewis, the Second a KO-8 for Foreman.

This needs to be solved.

Lennox is in free fall. After 3 defences of the WBC he has lost to peter jackson an dnow george foreman back to back.
KO > UD

I'd like him too, if he would just send his fighter over to face THE ROCK. But he appears hesitant and without confidence in this area of endeavor.

Be careful what you wish for BoxBuzz... It wasn't too long ago that Lennox Lewis wanted to fight Marciano.

You never met the criteria I required for a fight against Jeannette - not to be coming off a loss and your previous opponent had to be a human controlled fighter.

Yes, on one of those occasions I was coming off a loss. But, as I told you before, earlier this season there have (already) been WBU defences against challengers who were coming off a loss.

But that wasn't good enough for Mr Deno.

And another reason why Snortin never fought for the WBU title is because during Jeanette's reign, Norton often found himself too highly ranked. (Though of course, that's not Deno's fault)

All of them, I think, except IBF. WBC, WBA, WBO, IBO, WBU. In addition, two Million Dollar Tournament finalists and a Lonsdale belt.

Lennox Lewis accepts to fight The Rock aka The Pebble.

Prepare to learn what boxing truly means when you are facing a giant with skill.
This is acceptable, would you like to sign up now for a guaranteed return match should your man lose?

To reward your bravery, and stand up courage, we want you to recieve the "GBP RED CARPET TREATMENT", and plan to send a beautiful Irish maiden your way (You'll soon discover our meaning when she arrives adorned in her superficial blonde locks).

Owl thank you....and we now take back half of all the bad things we have ever said about you. And we shall refer to your fighter from this moment forward as SimLennox Lewis. Leaving the "Lum" word behind for good.

If Lennox loses, I would like Miske to face Marciano. There is no point in a return match since if lennox loses it will be by KO, if he wins it must be by decision. However, Lennox is the fighter with the highest numbers of KDs (of his opponents). But he also visits the canvas quite often.
As you wish. Miske will be placed on the Marciano roster in the next few fights...win or lose to Lennox.

Anyone who faces THE ROCK these days has MUCH MORE to gain than to lose.

This season. yeah. less impressive.
This season, we have a WBU title, and a MDT quarter finalist, losing to Ali. You, on the other hand, were too much of a pussy to enter the MDT. This week, we are fighting in a title fight, rather than KOing your sorry little fighters again.

You wisely rescinded your offer. Carrasco would have given Waldo a mexican neck tie.

Though vitali has horrible stats (which lennox is rapidly emulating) he seems to have slayed many dragons.

If lennox loses vs marciano, it will be 3 consecutive losses. Devastating.
I see things so very differently.....even a loss to Marciano will gain you sim points.....the fight you ALWAYS want is a fight with someone who is rated above you when things are NOT going well. No one should be afraid of the guy at the top, you have ground to gain, and the #1 guy can go nowhere but down....no longer being "upwardly mobile". Lennox held a belt for longer than anyone else...granted Lennox's "greatness" is a "niche" greatness this season, in a season where the BEST fighter HAS to toss his belts just to maintain the lead. But Lennox does have that current stat to himself, if I"m not mistaken.

One does what one must, depending on the specific circumstances.

GBP motto: BE THE #1......Find a way.....make it happen.
