Was just wondering if anyone knows if it's possible to get tickets to this for the last week in November. I should be down in London that week and wouldn't mind trying to pop in for one afternoon but it says 'non-ticketed' on the schedule.
I tried for the Olympics itself and had no joy so thought that this could be a good alternative. Anyone else tried?
Olympic Boxing Test Event
Re: Olympic Boxing Test Event
I'm pretty sure it is going to be a closed event. It will only have b teams from most nations and is really about getting all the staff appropriately trained and ironing out any creases. I think some local clubs and ABA staff/voulunteers may be invited but no tickets as such.freddydoesdallas wrote:Was just wondering if anyone knows if it's possible to get tickets to this for the last week in November. ah right, nevermind then. Cheers for the info

It will be the development squad but it won't be behind closed doors. Many of the Test events (like the modern pentathlon at Greenwich Park) were non-ticketed events, a case of turning up and only turning people away if it gets full.
