Julie Gaston defends her newly gained Australian Title against Sarah George. Julie is returning to the ring after major knee surgery and Sarah has spent long hours sparring and training for her chance at the Title.

JYD - Aaron "Junk Yard Dog" Russell is the most entertaining fighter in QLD at the moment. His support crew provide the best atmosphere while his style of fighting is action packed from the opening bell. Aaron takes on Nth QLD local Mark Flanagan in what will be an all out war. Both fighters like to fight on the front foot and both are willing to trade to land thier own shots. DONT BLINK!

I just assumed that coz you always post on the British and Irish forum you lived in Blighty, more fool me. I lived in west End, Brisbane for a year very nice. I fly back to N.Z on the 13th Nov. but it lookslike now I've got a months work in Sydney so there'll be another bloody pom overthere.

Will be there, rather enjoyed the last televised show, brutal night of fights and i can honestly see the same in the main 2.

Broadhurst coming of an injury, hope everything is alright, because this bloke can put em together himself, should be a great fight and a true clash of the unbeatens. Keen to see if Trent is about to be go up another gear.

Don't know if either fighter has proven they're the best in there respective countrys as yet, but they're certainly up there with the best of the prospects.

I'm going to go with Broadhurst on this one, but expect it could go either way,

The main event looks a very good value bout as the Kiwi: Berridge had a split draw (some feel unlucky as against Kerry Foley, who was out on his feet in the last round) in his last visit here and impressed with his aggression and toughness.

The prelims look interesting and varied in ability. But saying that, Mansfield usually puts on good stoushes and anyway this undercard is still better value than the miss-matches that Boxa serves up.
