Since Oct 17th I've been conducting a poll on 'The Greatest Nights in British and Irish boxing 2001-2011'.

The top 20 picks will be written about by me and turned into a book. The foreword will be written by Glyn Leach, Editor of Boxing Monthly. So far I've hard 939 votes with 123 fights nominated. Voting ends on Monday 31st October at 5pm.

As well as pre-fight, fight and post-fight analysis there will be interviews with the fighters, promoters, fans/voters, matchmakers, pundits, commentators, referees...

There's no criteria except that the fights had to have taken place from 2001-2011 and on British and Irish soil. If I can reach 1000 votes I will be absolutely ecstatic.
