You dont need £30k to bankroll this you would probably need about £10k maybe less you dont have to pay every single cost upfront. Thats why I thought a group of fans or a syndicate could possibly make it happen. Its not as out of reach as some may think.

In theory it's a great idea but just not practical for us fans to try to put this on, I still feel that the best chance of this taking place is if we can convince Eddie Hearn of the commercial gain for his company in doing this on Face book we have about 2,400 members who have shown interest in this idea, I feel if we keep hammering away at Eddie & make he aware of the interest there is for a Journeyman Prizefighter we can get somewhere

Ideally i would love to see it on the television in the proper original PF format but I have to say that I dont think this is that much of an out there idea. Im not necessarily saying the fans should put it together couldnt Carl Greaves potentially put on a show like this or Steve Wood or Mickey Helliet? All of those have promoters licenses.

He will have rights to prizefighter as a brand but I doubt that he has the rights over the a knockout tournament based boxing competition as a whole. There have been loads of copycat types in MMA and Biggers Better on Eurosport is an imitation of the format.

Anyone can stage a knockout tournament.

I'm surprised a few of the journeymen haven't been in league with each other to get this on.

Add up the ticket sales, TV money and sponsorship, deduct any costs and then divvy up the prizemoney accordingly.

I'd definitely be there cheering on, better that than some highly paid, arrogant ex amateur superstar knocking over a Latvian taxi driver inside a round x3.

I'm fed up with the young amateurs turning over thinking their God's gift and having a gross sense of entitlement talking about paydays when they're not even at British level yet. Much prefer the honest grafter that gets where they are the hard way.
