I think my exact post was:

'Newsflash for the Welsh mafia- something was seriously wrong with Smith on Saturday, he looked awful and I wouldnt be surprised if it comes out he was severely weight drained. I keep hearing about this brilliant masterplan of throwing insane roundhouses. That worked because Smith was having a bizzare off night. If he's tries that against Simpson he's going to be in a whole world of hurt.

If Selby's alter ego is a Pernell Whittaker style master boxer, how come he didnt think it would be enough to outdo Smith?

I take Simpson to punch the daft moustache right off his coupon.'

Tremendous banter and posted strictly after the fight not before. I dont care about scousers but I must admit have a soft spot for Simpson because I know him (very slightly) and I'm from the same town and went to school with him.

The question is- when Selby is finished with all his daft posturing, brushing his moustache and whatnot; its the 9th round and Simpson is still in there hammering away and not taking a backward step- does Selby have the heart for that? Because I dont think any UK f/w is putting Simpson on floor unless its with an iron bar.

Selby has never been in as deep as this. Remember Simpson phoned and begged for this fight, he is not intimidated by insane Welsh facial hair.

This will be a victory for Scotland. And Gillette.

Looking forward to seeing Simpson decimate Selby.

I was referring to Tony Bellew's comment that it would be 3-0 to the scousers when he beat Cleverly - as it turned out, in reference to the fights Bellew was talking about - it was 2-0-1 - an away win for the Welsh! Can't be denied! :TU:

It didn't because Bellew didn't even reference the Smith fights when he made the 3-0 comment. However - you'll count them as in the main fights, the scousers came away with a duck!

Count them in of it helps.
