It's actually Asia Boxing Council - Member of WBC.
http://www.asianboxingcouncil.com/
It enjoys plugging WBC 'cos it figures it gives it superiority over regional bodies OPBF, PABA, WBO Asia Pacific
OPBF (one of WBC's mothers) was pissed off no end when Jose Sulaiman allowed it to join WBC & compete in same region.

Japan Boxing Commission is the only one that has brains left in the game.
It only allows regional OPBF & world WBC, WBA to be contested there

Pradeep Singh has a hard time finding an opponent here in Australia of his level, so we had to go to the WBC Asia to give Pradeep a chance to just have a fight.... If anyone has an opponent that would like the oppertunity to fight Pradeep then we are more then happy to have a title defence (if he wins) with an Australian fighter instead of having to go international.

Pradeeps next fight will be in FIJI in December so we are happy to hear from anyone who would like to challenge Pradeep in 2012...

Yon has only had one pro fight where he lost to Eddie Delic at Coburg town Hall, same venue as this fight.

Is he an Australian resident? Has he been thrown in at the deep end?

This looks like an appalling mismatch with Singh having his 22nd bout and poor old Yon his 2nd!

Does this confirm that WBC = What Bloody Crap?

If Singh loses, expect a flood of tears!

Zhang would've had more fights than what's in Boxerc. Unfortunately, a while ago Boxrec found that Chinese contributor was at times padding records. Not knowing what is true & what ain't, bossman John ditched him & his work

If he couldn't beat Delic, do you give him much chance in this fight?

I Think Delic beats Singh, Pradeep has no serious wins in his career to date, and has lost to the likes of club fighters Waters and Michael angelo, whereis Delic is in the trench's with every fight and Singh's two loss's i seen had him loosing with fighters that wouldn't let him set...he got confused and spat the dummy and almost got DQed for a second time in his career.

He looked good early in his career and i kept a close eye on him, but now the writing is on the wall, he'll be lucky to hold a Vacant Australian title.

Delic vs Singh= Delic UD.

Zhang Yon has had more fights then what is shown on BoxRec. The fight was well matched and both fighters fought incredibly well. I support all fighters, from all over Australia and international. With out them none of you would have anything to talk about. The WBC is a respected body with champions such as Wilfred Benítez, Wilfredo Gómez, Julio César Chávez, Muhammad Ali, Joe Frazier, Sugar Ray Leonard, Mike Tyson, Salvador Sánchez, Héctor Camacho, Marvin Hagler, Carlos Monzón, Roberto Durán, Juan Laporte, Félix Trinidad, Edwin Rosario, Alexis Argüello, Nigel Benn, Lennox Lewis, Vitali Klitschko, Erik Morales, Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr. I trust in what they do as you can see from the list of champions.

Beltane - Who are you? you seem to have a lot to say about WBC, can you tell us a little more about you?

We are looking for fighters for Pradeep in 2012. if you have any fighters then please PM me.
