Epifanio Mendoza

Epifanio Mendoza's record is 16-0. In boxrec.com I can
see a 9-0 record. I know that he is a not known fighter but
maybe a big name enought to watch out this difference.
Is he's true record totally unavailable?

I haven't been able to find any other fights involving him. If your curious, the Fight Fax 2002 record book had him listed as 8-0 (8).
