Anyone has a chance against Fury. Fraudley could knock him out, I guess any heaveyweight could. Fury hasnt got a good chin. But I would hate to see Harrison beat Tyson.

was at event city last night and a lot of people were saying that Fury v Harrison would be a close fight in the immediate aftermath of last nights fight .

Lets get it on , but think Henesey would see it as a big risk as if fury got beat where would he go from there .

Really is the ultimate fight between a skilled boxer and a tough fighter, I would favor Audley providing he came out of his shell, however that's not guarenteed and there is an equally good chance that Fury dropps him early and he gets another carrer ending loss. It'd be a good match up as there are a lot of unknown quantities.

I think I'd probbably go and see it if it took place in London too. For all his problems there is a part of me that would like to see Audley leave the pro game with a Longsdale belt.

Prepares for anti Audley shelacking

No, I think Fury would beat him.

Harrison's reflexes and footwork are horrendous, and his heart is non-existent.

Short of landing a lucky punch I think he'll lose a clear decision, or just quit on his stool/fall over.

Like Froch said a while back, he just doesn't have the heart for professional boxing and will be best giving up before he gets hurt.

Agreed.

Audley must be the greatest bum in boxing history.

Never has a fighter as useless as him been talked about as a potential opponent for so many different fighters that I know of.

It doesn't matter how many times he lets himself & fight fans downs, he just takes a break, comes back with an excuse for his latest embarrassing performance, then all the Audley versus ___________________ talk starts again. :oo

Fury was woeful last night, but as bad as he was, Harrison has lost the right to be mentioned as a potential opponent.

Fury might outwork Harrison, but as soon as Audley plants that straight left on Fury's glass chin it's lights out.

Fury called Harrison a "complete failure" in a magazine, but I think that European title win and world title challenge are two steps further than Fury will get. He's a disaster waiting to happen.

You mean with even a modicum of power?
Maybe not even that, after Fury was badly rocked by a guy with 8 stoppages from 28 fights and then dropped by a guy with 5 from 16... very poor KO ratios for heavyweights but both really troubled Fury.

I can see Zuri Lawrence getting a call...

I know, as proven by that time he quit at the first opportunity when he injured his shoulder vs Sprott. Anyone with heart would have fought on with one good arm, and won, like Danny Williams...

Noticed with Fury on Saturday that he seemed to panic somewhat whenever Pajkic rushed him....so pretty similar to Harrison when he fights in that respect.

Other than that, pros and cons on either side really.

Harrison has massively superior skills but would he be positive enough and utilize these fully.

Tyson has a poorer skill set but his more positive approach might really throw Harrison off his stride and allow Fury to bully him.

At least with Fury in one corner this would be a Harrison fight that's probably not going be dull.

Would love to see this happen. Audley would get the world believing he is going to be the next big thing.

When it comes down to it though he will bottle it, like he did against Haye.

Fury wins by stoppage for me. Audley would be like a rabbit in the headlights and would barely throw a punch all night.

I dont think Audley would bottle it IMO.
With Haye it was obvious he was going to lose he was just collecting cash but with Fury he will know he can win.
I would put money on it.

audley would be a great match up for fury right now, but audley would need to learn to fight and not just box. audley wins a boxing match, fury wins a fight......i think the latter would happen!!

He is such a strange character Harrison, usually a fighter (actually people in general) either has heart, guts whatever you want to call it, or they don't.

Audley proved he had in the Sprott fight and then against Haye that he doesn't.... Also he can look like a pretty hard puncher (2nd Williams) whist other times he couldn't break an egg.

Either way, he KO's Fury, any day of the week.

Fury would beat Harrison.

Harrison isn't in love with boxing any more in my opinion - He got his gold medal, went pro, realised it was a lot harder and did what he had to do to earn as much money as he could for doing as little as he could.

Stick to the ballroom Audley, at least he can improve that :DD

just wow at all this.

As bad as Fury is, all he needs to do against Audley is be busy, which he is anyway.

Audley would do his usual pawing, pawing, step to the left, step to the right, shake it all around, threaten to throw a left, nonsense while Fury just whales away on him all fight. Wouldn't be long before Audley stopped throwing altogether.

Fury by some sort of stoppage in the first 6 rounds or so.

Fury easily........ shocked that people could think Audley would beat him. Fury put in a poor performance on Saturday night, but that doesn't mean he's no good. Over the past 18 months he's beaten McDermott and Chisora clearly, plus tough journeymen Firtha and Page, and three unbeaten opponents. That's not bad going, by any standard. Yes he was poor on Saturday but he got up to win, and hopefully he's learned a lesson, and can improve. How the fxxk is Audley Harrison going to beat him ?? He's been on the slide for years and fluked a win over Sprott, he struggled against prelim novices in Prizefighter, which had a particularly weak field of entrants. He's hardly got better since then.... Fury would not struggle to beat Audley.

audley should get no easy shot at fury

he has to get himself into contention for british title, then when he is the mandatory, only then he should get a chance

his had too many chances, paydays and hypes and has always been a letdown

Fury needs to fight another bum in january then fight the winner of Price vs Mcdermmot - defending his british title, that will show who the best is in britain.

Audley should get no such chance
