Sam Soliman v Eromosele Albert

Post by Marlin »

Big fight for Sam against former Geale foe. Is this his last dig for a Title? How big will a Soliman - Geale fight be if all goes to plan???

Great card on Fox tomorrow night!

Great card, but does 5 fight show really need 14 officials (some nothing short of junket boys), which average punters pay for??
http://boxrec.com/show_display.php?show_id=624631
Some still unnamed......Local commissioner(s), doctor & title supervisors

IMO, it's time our State regulators like US put a stop to this sort of shit.

Fail to see how #5 Soliman vs. #13 Albert is an official eliminator for vacant #2 spot. Maybe it's bullshit, which IBF is never short of.
As much as I admire Soliman's efforts over the years, I can't understand #5 rating.

Oops! I forgot Soliman leveled Pradeep 12+ months ago in IBF pee pee title fight. I guess that deserves IBF world #5

my opinion exactly. Sam has been a credit to aus boxing. But he dosent belong near a title eliminator. Nor does Albert for that matter.

That hurt brad by KO but he also got hit a lot, it was like a cruiser weight vs a middleweight. The sound here in the cheap seats is awful have no idea of the relative weights or even the titles they were fighting for

Fitness, toughness and fast hands won the night.

Hard to believe Soliman is older than Albert.

can you imagine if Albert won? Geale would have to fight a man he basically shutout again. Though i imagine geale v soliman will look pretty similar

Geale does not fight Soliman now (nor would he have had to fight Albert if he won).

It just means Soliman gets to fight Adama now and the winner of that will be Geales mandatory. Adama just Koed Karmazin so he should beat Soliman

Is Karmazin really a guide? It is a while since he won a fight.

You are probably right Brute.

I just prefer he beats Sam because I dont want to see Soliman v Geale.

Soliman seems like a nice guy and all but i find his style annoying and boring to watch.

geale may as well fight Adamu now. No point in waiting around, he's in the prime of his career and should be getting busy. I take it the bout with pirog isnt happening? Havent heard anything in a while

Pirog is WBO champion. There would priobably be politics getting in the way of Geale fighting him.
