Wilfredo Gomez, 23 title fights, 18 KO wins. Bazooka was 18 for 18 at his main weight, 122

P.S. Sanchez wasn't the undisputed featherweight champion. Pedroza was champion at the same time and both were held in very high regard.

Don't know numbers off the top of my head but I would have said:

Henry Armstrong
Khaosai Galaxy
Ricardo Lopez
JC Chavez

all have a lot of world title wins, a lot of them by stoppage.

Julian "The Hawk" Jackson 55-6 (49 KO's), every loss by KO
should have been called Julian "All or Nothing" Jackson
But man, could he hit. Also Heavyweight Ike Ibiubachi (went to prison for rape, never fought for title) use to work out in the same gym and when he hit the heavybag the whole building shook. He was an absolute monster.

Marvin Hagler: After a disputed draw with Antuofermo in a title fight, took the title from Minter on a stoppage and only Duran and Leonard went the distance after that.

15 title fights with 12 ko's

Ike was on the verge a couple of times. Couple of upsets against Chris byrd and Tua if I remember correctly. Just a huge hitter that couldn't stay out of legal trouble.
