I was thinking around 1/4 or 1/5 Deno really, already gone 4/11 with Betfred, think that is because bwin have gone up 1/5 Helenius, different clientele for them I guess with most of Europe other than the uk betting with them, Helenius will be in most accas on fight night for them I would guess.
Did you back him early, GB? Best price now is 1/5.

Strangely no, I think the 1/5 is the correct price for what both have achieved, Potential and primarily where the fight is in Helenius's backyard but I would not rule out Chisora. I am the same as you I think, there is a difference between what the price should be and what you would consider backing yourself. I am waiting for a price to surface for a fight that interests me in December but its not something I am going to mention on here at present as I know the bookies look at forums for views and such like. I envisage possibly one or two more bets on boxing this year to close my year which has been very good so far.

Good luck mate

Having said all the above I find myself enticed into Maccarinelli inside the distance at 4/7 against the Hungarian banger for a lump, going on holiday monday, this will make or break the spending money.

Had a medium sized punt on Long Run at 5/6 with betfred for tomorrows Betfair Chase.

I also backed Phil Taylor to win the Grand Slam of Darts a few weeks ago at 6/4 so hope he continues his good progress tonight.

I'm also tempted by the Maccarinelli stoppage at 4/7 as I can't see this guy being very good.

Think I'll sit back and have a look at how he & his chin look at the weight before I start lumping on anything.

Gone medium on an Enzo stoppage tonight. If he can't blast this guy away then he really should retire.

West Ham let me down big-time against Bristol City a few weeks ago.

I'm going with Scarlets +13 @10/11 against Northampton tonight in the Heineken Cup. The Scarlets have a young talented side with plenty of international experience and the price is too generous imo.

I was on that for a good win too, shocking 0-0 was that. CCFC are an absolute shambles at the minute. Young team low on confidence, senior players running their contract down ready to leave next summer, another board member resigning and still no loan players signed.

Might follow you on the scarlets though

And the fact that CB (a Coventry fan, I think) is backing against them says alot. :D

Bristol City are a totally different prospect to our collection of kids, league one players and a chief scout as our manager though.

Couple this with all the problems going on with the board, our ex-director making us a laughing stock by releasing to the press that one of the money making schemes mooted was for the fans to text in to decide who should be substituted and the fact that the only outfield player we have brought in can't even get in our team makes us very weak opposition.

West Ham are bringing up to 7000 fans which will easily be a 1/3 of the total crowd. I usually leave Cov out of any of my bets (head v heart and all that) but if West Ham score at least one goal, which I am pretty sure they will, then we will not win.

We have only scored 9 goals at home and conceded 10 whilst only keeping 3 clean sheets in our 8 home games this season in which we have won 2, drew 3 and lost 3.

If West Ham score they win.

Owoh has got to be worth a small play by stoppage at 9/1, neither of the fighters have done 10rnds before and Owoh is the puncher out of the two.

:TU: Great advice

Turned a tidy profit tonight. Fiver on Enzo round 1, fiver on Taylor -5.5 legs v Newton & Webster to beat Phillips and a fiver on the above

I like Toulouse -10 @ 10/11 vs Connacht tomorrow. Connacht put up a brave display against an old Harlequins side last weekend, but fell short. Toulouse have Dusautoir back in their line up and they really are a level above the Irish side. Connacht will put up a fight for 60 minutes but the gulf in class should tell in the final quarter.

I'm also liking Fernando Montiel to KO/TKO/DQ Victor Terrazas @ 8/11 (Ladbrokes). Montiel has bounced back well since the Donaire defeat and he looks comfortable at 122. He is, and always has been a human wrecking ball and I can't see Terrazas lasting 12 with him.

If Munroe can get him out of there I'm sure Montiel can.

It's definitely worth £100 on the stoppage.
