We have our eight boxers then gents, but the line-up will not be finalised until Week 30.
Henceforth, if any more applicants will be palced on the Reserve list should any of the above eight become inelligible.

Corbett is hearing rumors that you run a renegade outfit, and will be seeking quality assurance.
We hope you intend to operate in good faith and according to all civil norms.

If not, rest assured that GBP will hold you accountable for any "variances" or "compromises" of quality or ethics within this otherwise overall seemingly sensible event.

Well Sonny Liston and Jack Sharkey have both missed out, this time due to Juiced Gym's commitments around the World.

The fans of the world have called Sonny Lsiton to stepup and in, if any participantswho decides to leave or quit etc.

Sign him up as back up Monsieur Don Krease.

I will throw Sonny Liston & Jack Sharkey on the reserve list, if anyone can't make it, they are next in.

Do we have a final list for this? And do you want me to make the matchups?

Yes sir. The final eight can be viewed in my first post on thsi thread. The lineup was decided by a first come- first served basis (as it always was).

If any of the applicants should pull out Sonny Liston (initally) & Jack Sharkey 9secondly) are the reserves to step in. :TU:

Corbett has been withdrawn from Prizefighter.

Liston & Sharkey are both elligible - they are on the reserve list but they have both prospective fights this week.
So it is up to their manager what way he chooses for them to proceed.

Throw Baer in seems as no-one is offering him a title shot. :TU:

Crease, I honestly did not mean to create an issue here.

Our differences are based on your shoddy ethics, as well as your woeful todying, and as you know I would never stoop to similar antics just to cause you a problem. I attempt mightily to motivate you to follow the well beaten path of hard work, honest engagement, and dependable follow through. I also attempt to inspire you to such heights by showing you the way based on my own highly ethical, and principle driven use of proper etiquette and core values.

In this rare and perhaps singular case, it was I that was found wanting. I apparently forgot to hit the submit button in a critical communication. I thought I had placed my response both in this and the matchmaking thread. Yet I now see no evidence of either post. I assure you that this will haunt me for as long as I value our working relationship, and perhaps even beyond that.

Please accept my attempt at....uh I mean my HEARTFELT apology. I feel I now owe you something. I'm just not quite sure what.

Corbett was offered a shot at the WBU......and as you are aware, It is tempting to give your own man a shot through the illegal use of "insider trading" as you did with Norton. However my higher standards would not allow for such an insipid move. So I accepted (in Corbett's behalf) a shot at the WBU in an honest and dilligent effort to promote Jim's career.

James would like to thank Don Crease for giving him this opportunity and all the fans that believed in him when things weren't going so well.
