his had too many chances, paydays and hypes and has always been a letdown

Harrison is clearly good enough for Fury to make a voluntary defence against.

Fury needs to fight another bum in january then fight the winner of Price vs Mcdermmot - defending his british title, that will show who the best is in britain.

What do you mean by "another bum"? Fury's opposition level has been good and he can't headline a Channel 5 show fighting a bum.

haha I was just wondering the same thing. A former European champion and world title challenger doesn't deserve a Fury fight, but "another bum" does?

And Mr Addict, are you aware of the concept of voluntary defences?

Although I would say Harrison shouldn't get a title match coming off more than 12 months' inactivity. Let's see him and Fury in a double-header in the spring, then match them in the summer if both win.

I think there lingers a lot of ill-feeling towards Audley for the non-event he starred in recently.

That aside he is perhaps more qualified to fight Fury than most. He also has the tools to win (although he rarely uses them).

I'd imagine it's a fight Team Fury perhaps they would steer away from, just for now to be safe - especially given the knock down. But I'd imagine once he has a bit more experience and finally (if ever) he gets the trainer side of things nailed down, it would be a fight they'd want to put on.
