This is me this morning;
Bare in mind that I haven't lifted for 3 weeks, run for 2 and my diet hasnt been great. I have managed to put 3kgs on in 3 weeks and not in a good way.
Now I have my mojo back.
I intend to post a similar picture in a few weeks to see the contrast.
