Danny Williams boxing Friday?

Post by Old bones Ian »

I see that Danny is down to box Leif Larsen on Friday, the former British champ sure doesn't want to walk away from fighting does he.

Oddly Leif Larsen is a Norwegian boxing out of Spain, I just hope Alfredo Garcia Perez isn't reffing Danny on this visit to Spain

ive not see Larson box personally but on paper williams is his toughest opponent so far.

Id like to see Williams turn back the clock and put in a real performance but that would give him false up , its probably in his own interest if he looks pathetic against someone who still hasnt proved anything , maybe then he would walk away before hes actually hurt , but it may already be too late , his long term health may well have already been damaged .

I thought i'd have a look on the web for Larson.
He's a former junior athlete, that led him to going to American football where he appeared for the Buffalo Bills for a few seasons. After that he got into pro boxing and now faces Danny. Few years ago he wouldn't of got out of the 2nd round against Williams, but now he might just do that to Danny

few of his highlights here

He looks awful on the clips, but then again Danny can't do the business like he used to.
