The following result needs to be added to this tournament - Sarel Griessel w pts 4 Jackie Johnson
This result is incorrectly shown as having taken place in Johannesburg on 4 May 1946 with Johnson also incorrectly given as Johnny Jackson.
The venue for this 4 April tournament is also incorrect and should read White City Stadium in Johannesburg and not Wembley Stadium.

are you sure about the venue, White City Stadium, I can find no trace of it on the internet

According to local newspapers of the day the White City Stadium hosted a number of minor tournaments in Johannesburg which featured mainly up-and-coming fighters whereas the Wembley Stadium was used for larger tournaments featuring name fighters.
The name stadium was probably a misnomer and was most likely a small hall or similar.
