Fair enough.
But I do think that other Managers (including yourself) are being a too critical of some of the top fighters this season. Ali's achievements this season are excellent (and we would all agree
if it were any other fighter) and I think the same can be said of Joe Louis - if anyone else was a 4-time World Champion, they would be widely commended.
I don't know what it is, it's hard to put my finger on it, but it's almost as if we have been sort of
expecting another Tiger Jack Fox, and because it hasn't happened we are diappointed and as such are being too harsh on the big name fighters.
Overall though, I think that this has been perhaps THE most exciting & competitive season to date.
The wealth of talent on display this season is scaringly good, and maybe it's the depth of the pool and the fact that there are so many good fighters hanging around that has stopped any one man from really dominating.
