great win for him was just too strong for place, but place looked really nervous and unsure of himself, he just wasnt ready for somebody like ste williams i think ryan rhodes summed it up perfectly when he said it was like man versus boy, but hes still young and learning so he can defo come again, but williams will be a right handfull for anybody at light welter if you stand and fight him, he looks very very strong well done very good performance :TU:

you looked good mate, everytime you hit him it was hurting him, i thought you would stop him but i thought it would be alot later, could you tell place seemed very nervous? it seemed to me that you picked up on it and jumped on him, as soon as you backed him up he had no answer, i think it was a left hook to the body that started the ball rolling then you was nailing him with everything, good stoppage by the ref because it looked like one clean shot would have put him out, i give you a good chance against theophane if you can drag him into a fight you can defo beat him :box:

Thanks mate I thought he seemed nervous. Our plan was to stay right in front of him and make him work hard in the early rounds. I was hoping to get him out after 6 rounds so im happy with that result. Theophane is a tough fight but im looking forward to it. What have got in the pipeline mate?

Yep what a performance there, I agree it was man against boy even though the age difference isn't that much you were just too mature for him. Place has some half-decent names on his record e.g. Michael Grant, Steve Saville, George Watson, so to blast him out like you did was impressive. Well done Ste!

I must admit all Place's chavvy fans singing bulbhead and acting like louts has got on my nerves a bit at previous shows so I wasn't particularly sad to see you blast him out shall we say!

Your deluded mate, Theophane stood and fought with Delvin Rodriguez who outweighed Theophane by 8lbs on fight night., Theophane would knock all you domestic guys out within 8 rounds. Leagues above he is genuine world class.

Well done was made up you bladdered him.
Don't know what karl place is like but his ''fans'' are a gang of coked up chavy gobshites.
Had to endure them at david prices last fight at the olympia.
Would of been nice to be there when you silenced them but the show fell a bit too close to christmas. :TU:

Theophane might well beat most of the domestic top boys at light welter, but id doubt very much he would knock them out,he has his hands full with Wright who is a very tidy boxer&id say his toughest challenge in the UK so far..Id love Wright to beat him,but i have the feeling he will always be the bridesmaid.

Ha. Something all the kids in Liverpool call someone who is from out of the city. People from over the water, St Helens, Southport, Hartlepool.
